Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location within 7 days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
